- Understanding of various government laws/rules/guidelines related to the real estate industry like FSI guidelines, Slum Rehabilitation Scheme, Parking Scheme, Redevelopment Scheme, etc. Drafting of loan agreements, Escrow agreements, mortgage, security creation documents, etc.;
- Well versed with Transfer of Property Act, Development Control Regulations & Rules (D.C.Rules), Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, Maharashtra Rent Control Act, Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, Maharashtra Ownership of Flats & Apartment (MOFA ), Urban Land Ceiling Act, Land Acquisition Act, Stamp Duty and Registration Act, S.R.A., MHADA, BMC Laws.
