Member of Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa Proven skills and acumen in corporate business advisory, documentation including contract management, drafting, review and negotiation of legal agreements and contracts, corporate compliances and working knowledge of wide range of Litigation services across diverse set of industries and legal areas including Corporate Law, Property law, Banking, RBI and other compliances among others. Have appeared as legal counsel in various courts and tribunals, primarily in Bombay High Court, NCLT and NCLAT, DRT & DRAT, SEBI & SAT, Consumer State Commission, Civil Courts, MM courts, Arbitral Tribunals, etc
